I live and breathe self-care, fitness, and community; combining the three birthed this fitness movement!
this is what i live for
I am a woman who used to compare my journey (fitness and otherwise) to others; whether it was my career, body, etc. I came to a point in my journey where I realized that I am right where I am supposed to be and that I am my only competition. If I wanted real change, real progress, then I had to start holding myself accountable.
Rather than spending my time and energy worried about another person I started to work on becoming the best version of myself and never looked back.
My purpose is to inspire, empower, and motivate others to be reminded that they are their only competition. Creating a lifestyle of being accountable to work on the best version of myself has empowered me to assist others who are ready for a change!
My passion is helping busy individuals become accountable with prioritizing self-care through fitness. I know how busy life can get however if you don't make time to take care of your physical and mental how will you be effective in all the areas of your life? It's time to make time for you!
