We have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, do you believe it to be true?
For me it is the most important meal, it helps to jump start my day, and provide the fuel I need to be effective in the many roles of my life. It give me the energy and nutrients to slay my day.
It can be tough to fit breakfast in when you are on the go constantly. Lets face it, during the weekdays do you have time to make a full balanced meal, sit down, eat and read the newspaper simultaneously. I sure know I don't.
I asked my friends and family how they incorporate breakfast into their daily lives; some said they make smoothies, some eat fruit and yogurt, some don't like to eat in the morning, and some just eat air.
Below are a few budget friendly options that I eat for breakfast that are great for on the go! Variations of these can be found at your favorite grocery store. I also get a lot of ideas from Pinterest, check out my boards at : www.pinterest.com/soulhealthchronicles
